BIM Implementation Architectural, Structural, Process Engineering & Piping, Plumbing & Drainage, and Electrical Models were created in Revit for Conceptual design, Detailed Design and Documentation Phases. All the documents necessary for construction, such as drawings, quantity take-offs, reinforcement schedules and lists of equipment were generated based on these Revit models.
For BIM Coordination, Integral model was created and managed in Navisworks. It was used for Clash Detection (both visual and automatic). Throughout the whole project, the integral model ensured effective communication and early design omissions identification.
