We have started to utilize BIM Modeling in our design process back in 2013. Since then we have gained an extensive experience modeling various building structures and systems of different complexity levels, from boiler houses to multifunctional centers. We can create the whole model of the building, as well as to help you with modeling of a particular system or structure.

Our experts have an eye for detail. Our specialists can model buildings and building
structures with the level of detail up to LOD 400. Depending on the end purpose of the
model, they can create drawings, as well as generate quantity take-offs, specifications,
equipment lists and reinforcement schedules with a great precision.

In the modeling process, we can follow your BIM requirements, as well as write our own BIM Execution Plan. Within our company, we utilize the BIM Standard, which is developed speciffically for the purposes of our design workflow. However, we are very fexible and therefore we can follow your lead and use your own design standards.
