Mixed-use complex in Senegal

The main goal of the project was to develop a preliminary architectural concept (including a fly-by video) of the mixed-use complex in Dakar, Senegal. The 53-storey building (3-underground and 50-overground) is 218 m tall. It has the total area of 164,061 sq.m. The building is intended to serve multiple functions: hotel, entertainment center, office buildings
and multi-level car park are foreseen here.
