The current situation with COVID-19 will change not only the economy and markets, but also many daily things we are used to, including the significant impact on the architecture of any public and industrial building.

Some businesses will go online and the quarantine period showed to everyone that, on one hand, technology already allows us to work and shop online, but on other hand, working in the office is more productive, personal communication is more effective, most people want to be in a team, people want to socialize.

At present, certain organizational measures have been worked out for offices, shopping centres etc. How to make them safe? It cannot all be done just by reducing the number of people per m2 of commercial real estate and by introduction of measures that are in contradiction with energy efficiency principles.
