Remote work and its organization

Starting cooperation
1. Test work.

We are ready to complete a small test task in order to demonstrate the high quality of our work and better understand your work standards and requirements.
2. First small project.

There is no big or small job for us. We can start with a small task to establish communication.
3. Internship in the customer's office
Possible after the cancellation of COVID restrictions. Sometimes we start with a short internship for our specialists in the Client's office in order to better understand the Client's requirements for subcontractors and work results.

Project management
  • Project management is carried out applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.

    For each project, a team of specialists of the required qualifications is formed.
  • Project planning and management are performed using online project management platform "Worksection" (WS), to which, if wished, the Customer can be connected to track the progress of the project on a daily basis. Using this platform, separate tasks are assigned to specialists and there is a time schedule for the project.
  • We will appoint an English-speaking manager to lead the project. Online meetings with a manager can be conducted using Skype, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp and other tools
  • Project Manager holds weekly meetings with the Customer informing about intermediate results. This can be an English-/ German-/ French-speaking specialist depending on the Client's needs.

Used for issue management and model exchange
